What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I think this might be an uncommon answer, but I like that it's really challenging. The challenge comes from constantly having to learn.
There's a lot to understand about what's already happening. Now that I'm in the policy space, there's always something new.
There's always a new program someone wants to start, or a new problem that comes up. The fact that you're never really going to be the expert is a lot of the challenge.
You're in a position where you're kind of already an expert just by virtue of this being your day job. If you're someone who really likes to learn, that's a really good thing.
