Julia, an Associate Buyer, believes actively supporting other women is crucial for achieving workplace equality, stating that "it's easy to want to overcome someone else," but instead, the focus should be on making "it easier for the women below" to succeed. As someone who identifies as a woman, how has that impacted the way you navigate your career?

There's a lot of conversation around women in the workplace, particularly women supporting women. As someone actively in the workplace, I choose every single day to support the women around me, above me, and below me.

It's easy, especially for someone who wants to achieve and be successful, to want to overcome others. But you have to remember how difficult it was for the women who came before you. You must actively decide to make it easier for the women below you to reach higher standards.

That's the only way women will achieve equality, especially in the workplace. So, actively deciding to support women, support women in leadership, and support companies and brands that promote that is very important to me.
