Right now, I own my own business. I have a lot of responsibilities and wear many hats.

I'm a solopreneur, meaning I primarily work by myself. I contract people when I host retreats or workshops for organizations.

There are many responsibilities from everyday operations and running the business, such as managing finances, bookkeeping, and scheduling. My role as a leadership development consultant is to help teams and people become effective leaders.

I help them improve their business and organizational performance by influencing them to shift their culture and mindsets within their behaviors and skill sets. Those are my main responsibilities.
