What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I love it when I see positive shifts happen for folks. When I'm doing one-on-one coaching, it honestly feels like medicine for me because people's lights turn back on within them.

It's like that "aha" moment where they realize their life can be different and that things are possible. They feel more confident in themselves and believe they can do it.

All these shifts happen where they come into more of their being, a stronger part of who they are. Then, they start to show stronger leadership. That just lights me up; it's so fulfilling.

And when I'm with organizations, I see collective resilience. People link together and move into alignment. They move together along the path towards their vision.

When you see that shift happen and they move from stuck energy, you know they're going to be good. That's the part where I love to support them in having the information they need to move forward in a better way.
