How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
You have to be a self-starter and intrinsically motivated because the work is challenging. It happens quickly, and if you get caught behind, you're going to get left behind.
The people who have a strong degree of personal ownership and integrity, who really care about what they do and are equally interested in getting together with a group of other people to accomplish objectives, those are the people who succeed. Those who try to do it on their own or think they can just impose what they're doing on others don't really do so well.
If you are someone who is collaborative but also intrinsically motivated to do a good job, I think that's really important in technology.
