What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I most enjoy is that I'm able to work on a lot of different programs and get exposure to different parts of the company. In one element, I might be working with product designers or engineers on different services or platforms that are happening on Facebook or Instagram ads.
But then in another team, I'm working more on operational related stuff, working with artificial intelligence and machine learning review for ads or human review capacity. There's a lot; you get to wear a lot of different hats as a program manager.
It's a bit of a choose-your-own-adventure because if you're interested in something and you can make a strong case for why it's important to the team and the business, there's generally a lot of latitude to pick up things on your plate. It's fun to be able to get exposure to a diverse range of opportunities.
