Who thrives in industry?
How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry? I think the people that thrive in this industry, and I know the top people, usually they'll have a podcast. They'll have a mastermind teaching other people how to do it.
They will have actual events where they're on stage and people are buying tickets. They'll have an Instagram presence and people look up to them. I feel like I'm not up there.
However, I still, even when I post on Instagram, I have people wanting me to teach them. People look up to this industry, people look up to investing in general, and people love houses. So if you make cool content, you're going to get people talking and excited.
I think that the top people are really thriving in all those aspects.
