What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most about my current role, a hundred percent, is the people. The people who work with me are so grateful just to have the job. I feel like I'm changing people's lives.
I'm giving opportunities to people who maybe didn't have them before. This isn't a particular job that someone needs to go to college for. I personally hire based on whether I think you'll care about this company, if you'll work hard, and if I can mold you into what the company needs.
So, for me, it's really just the people and making them happy. I definitely enjoy meeting new clients. I think the clients you work with are all successful, cool people you can learn from, like developers who have built a house.
It's the people you're working with in this company, in this business, that is amazing. And just making those relationships – I think that's my favorite part about this business.
