What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

It's the same reason I chose civil engineering. In construction and real estate, my output is tangible. You can see the product of your hard work.

If you look out the window at the horizon in Manila, chances are you'll see a building we built. I like telling workers during our morning toolbox meetings that if they do a good job and persevere, then when we turn over the development to our clients, they can proudly tell anyone, even their children, that they were involved in building that structure.

This is very fulfilling. It makes all the challenges and hard work worth it.
