What is one lesson you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
Be brave and seize opportunities when they come up. A few times in my career, that's happened.
I mentioned when I moved across England on a whim for one job. Then I moved from the UK to California on another whim, and from northern California to southern California for another role.
I think when you see an opportunity you want to go for, just go for it. Doubt can really cloud your judgment. So, it's been brave and seize opportunities when they come up.
