What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest challenge is seeing repetitive tasks and finding it hard to keep going. So, what I've tried to do is tailor my practice away from it.

For instance, trial work can be exhilarating, but it's also very nerve-wracking. It's something I am trying to move away from, although I'm frankly not that successful.

I had a trial scheduled to start tomorrow, but it just got postponed. To me, that's difficult. Fighting with attorneys about document discovery is frustrating. I often think, "Let's just share the documents and stop fighting about it."

However, you can sometimes win cases and arguments through that process. It's just hard to deal with at times, and I'm trying to move away from it.
