Q8: Who thrives in industry?

How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I would say that people who believe in their own creative vision thrive the best because they already know what looks good to them. I think that people who really listen and learn from others also do well.

For me, I didn't start with a really strong creative vision. I worked around a lot of incredibly talented people who taught me a lot, and that taught me to create my own vision, my own style. That was helpful; it took time.

Ultimately, having your own style is really important. When people come to you for your vision, they aren't coming for just any style. They come to you for your very specific, narrow view of how things are.

Those are the people who are most successful. They find a specific vision by listening to people and curating an experience that is right just for them.
