Q11: Significant lesson - career
What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
They always say the industry is small, and it's true. One of the most important things is to get along with everyone.
This is especially true in the creative industry and entertainment. People who have burned bridges or gotten into quarrels with others tend to be remembered for it.
When you are building a team and creating a project, you end up being as strong as the weakest link. If somebody is difficult to work with, it brings everyone down.
Fortunately, in the creative field, most people are happy to work together and be part of a project. So, it doesn't end up happening that often.
However, it is true that you really need to find a way to work together with people and leave any excess baggage at home.
