What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
A lot of what I do as a creative director or an art director is managing a team of artists or working with other artists. But the biggest responsibility is client relations.
Every project you have, someone's paying for it. So, working for a client, whether it's a big company, a product, or a TV network, you're ultimately the middleman.
You're the middleman between whatever their idea is and bringing it to life. A big part of that is really just listening and properly understanding what the client wants.
It's important to make sure you can create that idea realistically, working with whatever budget or constraints you may have.
