What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest issue with challenges in a creative field is the equivalent of writer's block. You reach a point where you know you need to solve something within a certain timeframe, but you're unsure how you'll get there.

That's always a significant challenge, regardless of whether it's a technical issue or something you simply have to process. Sometimes the solution comes immediately, and other times it's forced by the stress of a deadline. It might also involve taking a walk and getting inspiration from nature.

So, the biggest challenge is definitely creative hurdles. There can also be difficulties working with different people who have other styles or interpretations, or technical issues like not knowing how to do something in 3D animation.

Ultimately, those problems can be figured out. The biggest challenge is that no one can truly teach you to be creative. It has to come from within, from your perspective and how you interpret the world.

This develops over time. Some people are naturally creative, but it's something that can hinder your creative process. Therefore, it's important to learn how to overcome that.
