What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is trying to get the words out there, trying to get more new clients to try our technology. We're still very early stage and we're operating in an industry that's not traditionally online.
So, a lot of online channels don't work. There's a lot of cold calling and direct contact that I have to do. Hopefully, in the future, as the internet advances and the industry becomes more digitalized, I can find more clients online.
