As someone who identifies as a woman, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?

That's a great question. I came into this career knowing it was a male-dominated field with some apprehension. I knew I could potentially get into uncomfortable situations.

Fortunately, I haven't encountered that before, though I know many people have. I'm not saying it doesn't happen.

But if that's encouraging for anyone else to hear, I just wanted to say it. We need more women in this industry; I think we add a lot.

I don't want anyone to be worried because we are underrepresented. There are many places where you don't have to feel discriminated against, and you can make it into a senior role without worrying about that sort of thing.
