Currently, we have a complete startup system. Everyone working at Besser full-time began as an intern.

Right now, we have five current UCLA interns. This is honestly the entry level for getting into the company.

If you're an undergrad and want to work for Besser or other companies, do an internship. Find out if it's a good match for you and work very hard. Ensure that when you leave, you're someone they can't easily replace.

Internships are the available entry-level positions. We are on campus all day Tuesday, so you get to work directly with the CEO, which is pretty cool.
