What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I love that every day doesn't look the same. The "day in the life" question was actually really hard for me to answer because it changes so much.

I love working for a startup. You sometimes have to work weekends or longer hours. But then, if you build a good relationship with your boss, you have the flexibility to say, "I really need this day off."

"Mental health-wise, I'm not doing too well today. I'm going to have a slow morning." That is such a perk, and I really want to work this style for the rest of my life.

I feel like the nine-to-five isn't really for me. It's for some people, but I really like the hybrid style of a startup.
