What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

Coming up with innovative ideas every day is a challenge. There's no manual or training program that tells me exactly how to do my tasks.

Every day I am learning, and that can be really, really challenging. Sometimes I wish I could just go into robot mode and follow steps someone else has given me.

But in startups, you don't have the budget for someone to teach you. Also, you might be the person coming up with an idea no one else has thought of. That is challenging, but also really exciting.
