What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

For some background, I'm currently working at a startup called Bes Me Vino. We sell canned wine and also offer a drinking game.

A big part of our first year, which was spent rebranding, was focused on getting as much exposure as possible for the brand. A major part of my responsibilities involved creating content.

It started with "Wine Wednesdays," which initially involved about 50 people. Each week, or on a monthly scale, I'd consider how to grow the brand in all aspects.

Over the summer, we organized a "Woman Empowered Barbie Fashion Show." The first three months of full-time work were definitely dedicated to managing events.

Now that I've established a system for events, my role has expanded to include social media and team management. This involves bringing on interns and hiring people for full-time social media roles.

So, my current responsibilities are managing and leading the team.
