What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

For investment banking, the most rewarding part is its intensity. Because you're so immersed, you learn and see things very quickly. I learned so much, both qualitatively and about the industry, in areas I never expected to explore.

I gained knowledge about publicly available information and how to analyze it to gain insights. The most important thing I learned was the process of how it all works. This process isn't just relevant for investment banking; it's applicable to anything I pursue.

For example, when creating a new project for my company, I first apply the learned processes to analyze and think rationally about how the project will proceed, both operationally and financially. Learning this process was the most rewarding aspect. Essentially, continuous learning and self-improvement were the most rewarding parts. And of course, the pay is very good.

Money is always a huge plus in the investment banking industry. As an entrepreneur running my own company, there are many things I truly enjoy. Firstly, creating a company is your own endeavor.

It's a great feeling when people buy the products you create, knowing you're providing a direct benefit to society. Secondly, there are always new issues to address daily, and every day is a learning experience. Thirdly, the team is fantastic, and the culture is something I enjoy being around every day. These are the things I enjoy most about my current and most recent roles.
