Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Did you have any internships or jobs before your current role?

Sure. Okay.

In college, I went to UCLA and during my time there, I worked for UCLA Community School as an aide. I was an instructional aide at that time and also did some work with a private Armenian school around some programs.

Upon graduating, I joined Teach for America, where I was placed in the early education field. I taught preschool for two years and at that time, I earned my master's in elementary education.

I then transitioned to teaching in the elementary classroom, where I taught fourth and fifth grade. I taught some inclusion classes and at that same school, I served as the assistant principal of the campus. It was a TK through eighth-grade campus.

Then, I transitioned to becoming a principal at an early education center with Los Angeles Unified School District.
