What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
As I mentioned, I am the only administrator at my site. I'm responsible for all operations and all instructional pieces.
Since there are so many operational needs, especially post-pandemic and during the pandemic, instruction is sometimes put on the back burner. That's my passion.
One of the challenges I face is always finding time to focus on instruction when there are so many operational needs to address.
