What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I would place NASDAQ in the FinTech and finance industries. For these industries, I enjoy the growth and the change the most.

These industries thrive on being innovative and reshaping perceptions of traditional services they provide to their customers and to the public. I'm always learning about new technologies and ways we're enhancing our customer's experience.

With growth and change comes higher risk. I find it so interesting how risk gets identified and managed when we take on new things or have new ventures.
