What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

For me, it's the variety of projects I get to work on and the variety of people I get to work with. I have a different project team for most every project.

I might work with the same person on a few different projects, but more often than not, our project teams are uniquely cast. With that variety of exposure to clients and internal teams, I feel able to absorb a lot of different disciplines and ways other people work, which I can then add to my own skills.

As for the project management route in general, I really like that it's such an applicable skillset in many different industries. I can really go anywhere that seems interesting. Project management strategy and tools are pretty similar, no matter which company or industry you work in.
