Q6: Biggest challenge in your role.
What's your biggest challenge in your current role?
I haven't had too many big challenges yet in this role, but there's still time. I would say juggling the information and the mass amounts of data that come from the three different agencies.
It's also a challenge keeping up with all of the numerous projects that we're working on, especially since they're overlapping. So, just trying to keep it all straight and organized, and data management is what I would really say.
