Q2: Main responsibilities
What are your main responsibilities within your current role as a senior UX designer?
My main responsibility is to lead a product development team. The product development team is made up of a product manager, UX designer, and around eight developers or engineers.
I'm in charge of a lot of the strategy and research for what features we're going to build next. This is to help the users, as well as help the business drive and grow forward.
I'm mostly in charge of writing interview questions to chat with customers and leading calls. I'm also responsible for the actual design of what the features look like and then handing that off to my engineers.
