What do you enjoy about being in your industry?

I think it's the people and the challenges. I've been talking about both of those aspects throughout this interview, and I really believe it's true. People who are drawn to tech are a very diverse crowd.

It used to be a little less diverse, but it's becoming more and more diverse because there are more and more tech jobs. I like that the majority of people I interact with perceive tech as a puzzle-solving space.

So, I kind of like being around similar, like-minded people who come into this space for very interesting technical challenges. We work together because we understand that no matter how smart individuals are, a well-functioning group will always deliver more results than very smart individuals working separately.
