I wish I knew how much time and true hard work it takes to get here. Being in music, it sounds like a sexy role; it sounds fun.
It sounds like it's all perks, but there are years and years of really brutal grunt work. You have to have thick skin, and it's tough.
You learn along the way whether or not you really want it. The people who come out the other end are survivors, but they're happy. If you do the work and put in the time, the reward is really worth it.
