How would you describe people who typically thrive in the media/music industry?

The buzzword with this has always been "fast-paced." Everyone always says you have to thrive in a fast pace. I think that's a bunch of crap.

I think you just have to be curious. You just have to always be pushing your mind and thinking about new, exciting avenues to explore with your writing and with your career.

As long as you always have that mindset and you always keep your eye out for the next most exciting trend, and you're able and willing to explore it, I think that's all that matters.
