What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I've been a coach for a long time. There's a volleyball in the background; I've coached volleyball since I was in high school.
I love being a coach. I think being a manager of mostly young professionals is a really cool opportunity to help support people find their career path. Support is a really great place to do that.
I feel like I'm in the perfect place and have a good skill set where I feel like I could help people on their way.
