What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
One lesson I've learned, and that I take with me every single day, is that life comes in waves. This is especially true in this industry; sales come in waves, and gratifying moments and difficult moments also come in waves.
When things are going well, ride the wave. But don't get too high, don't get too cocky, don't get too complacent, and don't get too comfortable.
When things get low, know that these times will pass and that brighter times are ahead. So, trying to remain even-keeled on a day-to-day basis, lean on discipline, and remain consistent is probably the best thing I've learned throughout my time in this industry.
