What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
In my current role, I think it's just being able to balance all of my different responsibilities at once. I wear so many different hats.
For example, when I'm teaching, after my class, something might happen with one of the bikes, and I just have to be able to put that fire out or deal with that specific situation. So, I think time management is really important.
It's also about being able to weigh different aspects of the role based on their specific importance. For instance, if I have one outstanding issue and another outstanding issue, I need to be able to rank them and tackle them in order of importance.
