What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

I would say the biggest challenge I've faced has really been finding balance. As you enter the workforce, you want to work very hard, but you also want to find a good balance to be able to take care of yourself.

In a role like consulting, where there is a lot of travel, the hours can be varied based on the project. It's difficult to find that professional and personal balance.

Another challenge I'm facing in my current role is I'm getting ready to make the jump from being a junior team member to more of a mid-management, people manager, as I complete my MBA. Navigating that jump and that kind of change in responsibilities is certainly something I'm facing currently in my role.
