What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I am currently the Chief Operating Officer for Christ and Ministries. We're a nonprofit organization whose main focus is to bring recovery and support to those impacted by the justice system, who are homeless, who have mental illness, and or substance use disorder.
So, we create jobs, we provide housing, and encourage education and wellness. Specifically, I oversee the execution of all contracts and funding to ensure proposed outcomes with the right mix of technology, people, policy, and processes.
I ensure that we survive audits and that we maximize our operations for more opportunities, so that we can serve our local communities a little bit better.
