What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

This is a very easy question, short and sweet. I enjoy having happy employees.

We call them clients, but we want happy customers. In many ways, what I do here impacts all of that. People are willing to do more for you when they're happy.

They will speak up on your behalf, or they will register your agency as a place to get support. This is because they felt everything we've done for them was satisfactory and helped them in their mission. So, I just enjoy having happy employees and happy clients.
