I will tell you, I've always known that I was a fast learner. Give me anything, and I glean information and learn that way.
I'm not a textbook learner, but rather a hands-on person. I learn really quickly by touching, feeling, and understanding outputs. I make sure that whatever the results are, I achieve them as described.
So, all of my jobs historically have provided me extended internal and external training and development. Most of my work has been in trade and certification, and my learning has been on the job.
