Who thrives in industry?
How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
People who thrive in this industry, I think you have to be a little quirky. You may be a little bit weird, but more importantly, you have to be okay with a lot of change.
You have to be okay with some level of ebb and flow of how busy you are or flexibility in your schedule. You may travel every week for two months and then not travel for a month.
You have to be okay with not having the consistency of a typical nine-to-five desk job. I personally thrive in that, and I know a lot of people on my team do.
