What are your main responsibilities within your role?
My main responsibilities are centered around growth, specifically looking for opportunities for RSM to continue to grow. This largely falls within my area of responsibility for industrials and manufacturing, and consulting.
I focus on growing our consulting for industrials within RSM. Culture and people are another pillar. My responsibility is to ensure RSM continues to be a great place to work, which it is.
I also make sure that the folks on my team and in our community are in an environment where they can be challenged and continue to excel and learn. The other key area is quality. This includes the quality of work, the quality of clients, and the execution of our deliverables.
We ensure that our work meets client expectations, as well as our compliance and regulatory requirements.
