What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
What I love most about my role, and what I've loved most about RSM in my nine years here, is that we get to interface with different clients at different stages of their lifecycle. They're different sizes, in different industries and sectors, with different problem statements.
It's the diversity of experiences that I get to go through as a client server. I get to see a lot of different things and work on a lot of different problems and project types. I think that's a huge value proposition for someone who works in consulting or professional services, certainly at RSM.
