I love working with clients, particularly in the middle market with RSM. In a middle-market environment, we can really affect change.
We work in the room with the CEO, CIO, CFO, or whoever is involved on a particular challenge. It's impactful to be able to create incremental material changes within their organization and see that happen live. That's the coolest part of being in this industry.
