Could you walk me through your career path? Start with your experiences in college, and any internships or jobs you had before your current role.

Honestly, for my current role, I didn't really start until an internship about a year after I graduated from college. Nowadays, a lot of people at RSM come up through a number of internships during college.

My internship was industry-specific with a large global manufacturer. This led to a few different roles with two companies in that industry for about seven to eight years. After that, I transitioned into consulting for the last seven to eight years.
