What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

The thing I've enjoyed most is the opportunity to have gone places in the world and seen things that most people will never get to see or experience. Although it's a little ironic that I haven't deployed as much as some of my counterparts, I have seen huge chunks of the world.

This includes East Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. I've been able to do things that most people haven't and likely never will be able to do.

This also required a lot of sacrifice and was incredibly challenging at times. But at the same time, it gives you opportunities that no one outside of your counterparts in the service or those who have served in other branches will have ever encountered.
