Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Do you have any internships or jobs you had before your current role?

Sure. I have a degree in accounting from Santa Clara University.

Around my sophomore year, I was recruited by my company to do an internship. That was the summer of my junior year, so I had about nine months of free time with a job already secured.

I interned in external audit, which wasn't the most common path. I quickly realized that wasn't the path for me, but I did like the culture and the people.

So I transitioned into risk and financial advisory, which is more like a consulting role. I've been working there ever since, and it's been a much more fulfilling job.
