What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

That's a good one. It's a bit hard for me. I was very lucky and fortunate that I had already heard from other people about what makes a good science or what makes a good team.

I would say for anybody out there who doesn't really have a general idea, the most important thing is to know that you're in a field where there's a growth mindset. That's probably the most important thing I can tell you.

So, don't think your skills will stay at one particular level. You'll always be able to expand on them. Just keep in mind that you always need a growth mindset, and that applies to all of life. You shouldn't stay stagnant; you'll get bored and be left behind. So, growth mindset.
