What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
It's hard to narrow it down to just one lesson. Once you get through most of this talk and conversation, you'll realize that I'm very focused on collaboration and growth mindsets. So, those are probably the two most important lessons.
If I had to choose one over the other, it's the growth mindset. Just be focused on yourself, be focused on learning, and be focused on growing. You're here for a while, so you better enjoy it. You better figure out how to improve your skillset.
