As someone who follows the Christian faith, how has that impacted the way you navigate your career?
I think, in a very deep way, people are at the center. This hasn't necessarily manifested in too many special or awkward things.
When I think about business, profit is secondary. There's always something bigger at play, and that something has to do with people. Businesses and managers have a responsibility to society to have a positive impact.
All people from other backgrounds can subscribe to that. In my case, it's probably the Christian faith I was brought up in that helps me see things that way. It becomes a strong foundation for an optimistic take on business and its positive impact on society.
