There's a lot of opportunity, innovation, and change. But alongside that, there are challenges. This means people must be willing to take some form of risk for unproven technology or ideas. That can be a little scary.
So, I would say that curiosity and being willing to try new things are really important for climate work. To continue the thread on curiosity, there are so many different avenues to pursue in climate.
