What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

My industry is the climate sector in general, which is wide and varied. What I really enjoy about working on climate is the opportunity.

This is a very nascent sector, and there's going to be so much innovation because it is necessary and needed. I learn every day about cool new technologies or different ways to look at the world. It is really inspiring and motivating to keep doing the work.

It also makes me feel less anxious about the future, which is really enjoyable for me on a day-to-day basis. I think that understanding there's a lot of innovation, opportunity, and funding coming into the climate sector is really cool.

It aligns with my passions and making smart career choices. I know it's maybe recession-proof; there's always going to be a need for climate work.
